Cancellations:
Where there is no minimum stay, notification of cancellation 4 days prior to stay will result in refund of deposit. Where the booking is cancelled with less notice then deposit will be refunded only if the cottage can be re-booked.
Where there is a minimum stay, such as weekends, notification of cancellation 1 week prior to stay will result in refund of deposit. Where the booking is cancelled with less notice then deposit will be refunded only if the cottage can be re-booked for the minimum stay.
No-show:
In the event of guests not arriving, every effort will be made to contact them. If this cannot be done then any deposit will be forfeited and the cottage will be re-booked for any further nights stay. |
